Shipping & Handling
Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-21 business days or sooner delivery time.International orders except a longer delivery time. International Orders will only be honored if paid with US money-cashiers check. Paypal MUST be confirmed or items will NOT be shipped.International taxes and duty fees are to be paid by buyer. International shipping costs will be more, contact us for a quote.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be handled with us, contact us about damaged goods at rockysdiscount@bellsouth.net . If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call 864-902-9139 to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, contact our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured by us.For questions about returning merchandise contact us.The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, will incur 20% re-stocking fee, and shipping fees are not refunded. Any order returned that was free shipping will get shipping costs added onto the 20%, buyer will be responsible for shipping if item is returned. In store credit may be awarded.No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. No returns will be authorized after 14 days from the receipt of shipment.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.
